Hello Me! Hypnotherapy® is all about you walking yourself home to you and discovering your true potential. Early life and later life experiences can pull you out of yourself, change how you interact with the world, so that the version that is left is not the true you. Hello Me! Hypnotherapy® is about self compassion, self-love and allowing yourself to shine brightly - whatever that will mean for you. I provide you with the tools to do this using the RTT methodology.
One of the most outstanding qualities of RTT is that, unlike many therapies, clients can get the results they want in just 1 - 3 sessions, depending on their issue. One session if often enough to resolve an issue. Some clients enjoy the benefits of RTT so much that they choose to return for more, so they can target a different issue.
So what will RTT with Sally look like?

1 : 1 and Group formats.
1 : 1 - I also offer RTT for other members of clients' family members or significant others when this is appropriate and when it will further benefit the outcome.
GROUPS! - I offer RTT for groups - this can be for teams in the workplace, communities or sports teams. If you want to book a group RTT package, do get in touch to discuss what you and your community/team would like to achieve.
How will I know the hypnotherapy has worked?
RTT is really effective at targeting specific issues in a short space of time. Results can be:
IMMEDIATE- you feel a massive shift right away - immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours within the session.
INCREMENTAL - you see consistent shifts every day or over time.
RETROACTIVE - you don't see the shifts straight away but then you suddenly look back and see all the things different in your life.
RTT is one of the most efficient and effective approaches to make the changes in your life you want - overcoming all types of challenges, including physical health issues, infertility, depression, anxiety, fears and phobias, weight management, relationships, unwanted habits, addictions and much more. It combines the most beneficial principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neurolinguistic programming, and cognitive behavioural therapy. Hypnotherapy is a form of deep relaxation where you are able to communicate with your subconscious mind. You are always fully in control of what is happening during your hypnosis. You will most likely find it a very enjoyable and life-changing experience.
